15. Kendall Jenner&nbsp;—&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimalist Queen Energy

Later, she switched to a white cropped tank, blue Levi's, and a black backwards cap for Justin Bieber's set. Same energy, slightly different execution. Kendall understood that sometimes simpler is better, and she committed to it fully.

14. Timothée Chalamet — The Anti-Festival Festival Look

12. Justine Skye — Patchwork Perfection

At the 818 Outpost, Justine Skye wore a chiffon button-up top with a pink, yellow, white, and black patchwork print, black micro mini shorts, and statement earrings.
