out with an invitation to a party. Riding the wave of my recent music release,
I thought, "Why not?" The party was brimming with good vibes - we
played games, laughed heartily, and enjoyed a few drinks. As the evening wore
on, we found ourselves at a friend's place around 7:35 pm. Exhausted from the
festivities, we soon became oblivious to the events about to unfold.

Later that night, my friends suggested we attend a
listening party hosted by Peruzzi nearby. While I had heard of Peruzzi before,
I had never met him in person. Nevertheless, my curiosity got the better of me,
and around 9:25 pm, I found myself at an awe-inspiring performance that
profoundly impressed Peruzzi.

Then came my moment to perform. The crowd's response
was incredible, and to top it off, I had the opportunity to meet Peruzzi, a
prominent figure in the music scene. It was quite heartening, to be honest.
Peruzzi showed genuine interest in my music, particularly my tracks "Be My
Vibe" and "Melo." Once a shy individual, I had grown
significantly both as an artist and as a person.

That night took an astonishing turn when Peruzzi
invited us into his car, with my music playing in the background. Before I knew
it, we were at Quliox, where I spotted Peruzzi conversing with Davido. The
surreal moment arrived when he introduced me to Davido. Despite the nervousness
and the bustling atmosphere, my song "Melo" began playing. It was
almost magical. In that incredible instant, Davido exclaimed, "This is
insane," and uttered the words, "I'll sign you." I didn't
believe this at first, as I thought it was something happening in the
moment," Liya says. She mentioned she was surprised when she received a
follow-up call, and the rest became history.

as she joined forces with Davido Music Worldwide (DMW). Becoming the first
