Paris Fashion Week, the culmination of the entire fashion month, ended recently after other major showcases in New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, and Milan Fashion Week. This is also where some of the biggest fashion houses, including Dior and Chanel, unveil their Autumn/Winter collections. This year, beyond the familiar brands that usually dominate the show, these are some other collections fashion insiders can’t stop gushing about:

Known for their avant-garde style, <a href="https://jtdapperfashionweek.com/2026/03/03/vaquera-fall-winter-2026-at-paris-fashion-week/">Vaquera</a> used this theme to twist corporate attire into distorted, high-fashion forms. The aesthetic repurposed traditional business wear into fashionable chaos, using exaggerated tailoring alongside leather and cashmere fabrics. The concept aligns perfectly with Vaquera’s long-standing goal of questioning the established order of fashion and challenging the rigid expectations of what professional dressing should look like.

This fashion-tech concept, pioneered by Anrealage, was powerfully executed on the runway. The collection featured intricate drapery constructed from experimental textiles and embedded LED technology. What made the presentation especially striking was the way certain garments could shift <a href="https://aura.ng/fashion/bold-colors-for-deep-skin-fair-skin-and-everything-in-between">colours</a> in real time through programmed lighting effects and external digital input, transforming the garments into moving canvases of light.

In the just-concluded fashion week, Duran Lantink—who is widely known for cutting apart old designer garments from houses such as Prada and Balenciaga to create entirely new pieces—did not disappoint. He employed his signature padding techniques to give the collection a bold three-dimensional structure, resulting in sculpted silhouettes that stood out on the runway.

Daniel Roseberry, the creative director at Schiaparelli, introduced a concept that blended nostalgia with modern craftsmanship. Metallic textures, recycled materials, and exaggerated sculptural elements created garments that appeared both prehistoric and futuristic at the same time. He produced a striking visual contrast under the runway lights.

The best runway pieces are not suitable for everyday use and serve as a prediction in the ever-evolving fashion industry of what fashion will look like a few years down the line. And these FW26 appearances were spot on.
