The condom conversation happens now. Not when you're already naked and he's reaching for you. Now. "Hey, just so we're clear, we're using condoms, right?" Don't let him guilt you into staying if you don't want to. And don't feel like you owe him a morning-after performance of intimacy you don't feel.

Forgive yourself. You're not ruined. You're not broken. You had a bad experience. That's not the same thing as being a bad person. One questionable decision doesn't define you.
