Big Brother Naija star Doyin has shared her views on dating, stating she dates for enjoyment and companionship rather than marriage. In a recent interview with media personality Olufemi Daniel, Doyin explained that she is currently in a relationship and is content whether it leads to marriage or not.

"I never really date to get married; I date to have a good time. I date because I enjoy your company; I date for companionship, whether it leads to marriage or not," she said.

When asked if she dates for sex, Doyin clarified that while sex is part of companionship, it's not her main reason for dating. She emphasized her focus on enjoying the relationship, regardless of whether it results in marriage.

Challenging traditional views on marriage, Doyin questioned its significance beyond legal and societal norms. "At the end of the day, what is marriage really? Is it about signing papers? It's not important to me. Companionship is important to me, so I would like to have a lifetime of companionship, whether we're married or not."

She concluded by expressing her desire for a lifelong partner, emphasizing that legal marriage is not a priority for her.
