On Tuesday, DJ Cuppy took to X.com to express her grief over the loss of her beloved grandmother. She shared that while the loss is painful, she finds comfort in believing that her grandmother is now in heaven, watching over the family with love.

In her heartfelt message, DJ Cuppy emphasized the significant impact her grandmother had on shaping her mother, and by extension, herself. "My mummy’s mother has passed away," she wrote. "I find comfort in knowing she’s in heaven, watching over us with love. What a life she lived! I’m so grateful for the way she shaped my mum, who then shaped me."

DJ Cuppy continued, sharing her prayers for her family during this difficult time. She expressed faith in God’s goodness despite the sudden change. "I’m praying for my own during this sudden season of change, but we already know that our God is good all the time. Grandma Kaduna, your spirit lives on, guiding and comforting us. RIP," she concluded.
