If you are yet to read any book from Talia Hibbert, then let The Brown Sisters Series be your first. I'm particularly recommending Take A Hint, Dani Brown because it is a very enjoyable and solid book. 

This book gives us academic bi baddie, Dani and Zafir, a man who is confident in his masculinity and is not afraid to go to therapy. There is so much more to this book and I'm sure you will be happy to know it's steamy as well. Enjoy your read! 

2. Reel by Kennedy Ryan

If you are looking for the OGs in Black Romance section of the genre, then Kennedy Ryan is your writer! Reel is one of the best books to have been written and I'm not exaggerating. Kennedy Ryan carefully creates the masterpiece that is Neevah and Canon's relationship while giving us black excellence and family dynamics. You need to experience this book! 

3. Stud Like Her by Fiona Zedde

This list would be incomplete if I do not mention this book! Stud Like Her is a beautiful book about two Black women loving each other. Fiona Zedde created a world where Garett and Chance had to embrace their true selves, Chance especially in this situation. This book is not your usual WLW (women loving women) romance novel so you have to read it to understand my amazement. 

4. Twisted Hate by Ana Huang

Who doesn't love a good-old enemies to lovers romance novel? Definitely not me. If you are one who loves wholesome banter between your main characters and even side characters, steamy scenes for days and beautiful friendship in your romance novels, then you are doing yourself a disservice if you are yet to pick up Twisted Hate! It was such a good read and I highly recommend it. 

5. Again by J.L. Seegars

Another book that screams Black excellence! J.L. Seegars did the damn thing with this novella. Again gave that second-chance romance spice like you've never seen before. Set in a beautiful vacation spot, J.L. Seegars made sure our protagonists had no choice but together! Delicate issues such as infidelity and infertility were treated so take care as you read. However, Know that you are in for a short but great ride with this one!
