As the whole world rages on the news of threads by Meta, the sign-ups have gone beyond 60 million and counting since Wednesday night when it launched to more than a hundred countries. There has been a lot of uproar, people have various things to say about the new app.

To access Threads app, you must have an existing Instagram account, then just integrate and sign up. The implication is if you don't have an Instagram account, you will have to open one to be able to access the app platform. That's one hell of a smart business move by Mark Zuckerberg if I must add.

&nbsp;Threads does not have hashtags or trending topics function yet. You don't have the luxury of editing once you post a tweet (I guess we will have to call it that for now). So be sure of your post before you hit that send button. You also can't delete your Threads account without losing your Instagram account also.
